Agents listing a waterfront property get stills within 24 to 48 hours and the edited video in three to five business days, which fits the pace of a spring or summer market where good bayfront moves quickly. Marina, builder and hospitality projects with graphics and a full color pass usually take one to two weeks. Wind is the main scheduling risk on the bay, so when a deadline is firm we book the flight earlier in the week and keep a second date open.
