The dune grass is vivid green, the Atlantic reads a deep Caribbean blue, the bayside flowers along Beach Bay Lane bloom, and the days are long enough for both morning ocean-side and evening bayside flights. Late September is a strong second when the summer crowds thin but the water still photographs warm. Mid summer can get hazy along the horizon, while late February delivers a strikingly minimal, almost monochrome look when the dunes are dusted with snow and the Atlantic reads steel gray.
